What We Look For

Trenchant Ventures is open to examining opportunities in many industries. We focus on the following key vertical in order of preference: Manufacturing, Distribution, Medical Devices, Business to Business Products, Internet Infrastructure, Business to Business Professional Services, Information Technology & Services, Software, SaaS/WaaS, and E-Commerce. We are not currently focusing on the following sectors: Real Estate, Startups, Bio-Tech, Retail Storefront, Consumer Products, Environmental, and Pharmaceutical.

We take a strategic approach to investments we make in distressed and underperforming businesses and each opportunity must demonstrate it can meet the acquisition eligibility criteria.
